How to leave us a review.
If we’ve done work on your home, an honest public review is the single most useful thing you can do for the next homeowner trying to make a decision. Here’s how.
Open our Google Business Profile
Visit our Google Business Profile on a phone or computer. Sign in with the Google account you want to leave the review from.
Tap “Write a review”
Pick a star rating, then write a few sentences about your experience. The most useful reviews mention the service (install, repair, cleaning, guards), the city or neighborhood, and one concrete detail — what went well, what could have gone better. Specific beats generic.
Post it
Hit submit. The review goes live publicly. If something didn’t go right and you’d rather give us a chance to fix it before posting, call (208) 247-2660 first — we’d much rather make it right than read about it later.
TRANSPARENCY
Why we don’t have placeholder testimonials.
Most contractor sites this early in their lifespan have a row of generic five-star testimonials with first names and stock photos. We don’t — on purpose. Fake reviews are easy to spot (Google has gotten very good at flagging them), and they erode the credibility of the entire site.
We’d rather have a smaller verified review count that you can click into and read, than a wall of unattributed praise. As real customers leave reviews on Google, those become the social proof here.
In the meantime: the license is verifiable through DOPL, the insurance is available on request, and the phone number rings to the owner’s team directly. Those are the credentials worth checking.
